The Northman Football Academy is a specialized, year-round program designed for dedicated American football players in Europe, aged 14-17.

Our mission is to provide an elite training environment that develops players for international competition and prepares them for opportunities at the US high school and collegiate levels. We are committed to fostering the next generation of European football talent by offering unparalleled access to professional coaching and a rigorous training regimen.
Our Philosophy
The Northman Football Academy is NOT a replacement for local club teams. It is a supplemental program for serious players who are committed to both their club and their personal development.
Our program is built on the principles of discipline, hard work, and continuous improvement.
We believe that by combining a structured training schedule with direct mentorship from US coaches, we can bridge the gap between European and North American football standards.
The Northman Program
Our program is designed for freshman and junior varsity aged players and operates on a monthly basis, built around a year-long curriculum which includes
Monthly Weekend Camps - Players will attend one weekend-long training camp per month. These camps will rotate locations around Sweden to ensure accessibility for players from different regions.
Skill and Position-Specific Training - We offer a high-level focus on both individual skills and team concepts, providing players with the technical and tactical knowledge needed to succeed.
Strength, Speed, and Conditioning - Each player will receive a comprehensive, personalized strength, speed, and conditioning program to be completed outside of the monthly camps. This program is designed to build the athletic foundation necessary for high-level play.
Virtual Coaching and Mentorship - Players will have monthly digital meetings with US high school and college coaches. This provides invaluable access to coaching expertise and direct mentorship, offering insights into what it takes to play at the next level.
Digital Team Meetings - We will use online platforms for regular team meetings, film review, and play installation to keep players engaged and learning throughout the year.
Our Two-Year Plan
Year 1 Development and Training
The inaugural year of the Northman Football Academy will be a developmental one focused on building a strong foundation.
We will conduct regular training sessions and organize inter-squad scrimmages and training games to implement our systems and evaluate player progress.
This year is about honing individual skills, building team chemistry, and preparing players for the next step.

Year 2 International Competition
Building on the foundation laid in Year 1, the second year will see the Northman Football Academy compete on an international stage.
Our goal is to organize and play games against other European academies and US high school teams. This will provide our players with the opportunity to test their skills against diverse competition and gain exposure to a wider range of styles and talent.
Player Requirements
Membership in the Northman Football Academy is only for serious and committed players.
All players must be a member of a local club team and must continue to attend all there club practices in addition to the academy monthly camps.
The program demands a high level of dedication and discipline.
Cost and Registration
The cost of the Northman Football Academy is 50 Euros per month. This fee includes
- Admission to all monthly camps.
- Personalized strength, speed, and conditioning program.
- Monthly digital meetings with US coaches.
- Access to all Northman events, including summer camps, high school prep camps, and passing academies.
